EC240V PROGRESSION - Pasta Dough Mixer, Sheeter with Built-In Cutters

The EC240V pasta sheeter is similar to the EC230 but features a built-in 8kg dough mixer. The EC240V produces 240mm sheets of pasta in varying and thickness and cuts them to width with either of the four built-in pasta cutters, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 5mm, and 10mm.
